I am Glenn Andrew and I have been working in the construction industry for more than 50 +years. Remember back in the day when you could count on your contractor or handyman to show up on time, get the job done in a timely manner, your bill was more than fair and agreed upon beforehand, and he did not leave a mess? I have mastered a number of trades, and have listed below some of what you can expect to be done...well above industry standards.

I can only say that, having done this for so many years, I know what works: "Be reliable, be honest, and be fair."

Journeymen Level Experience In The Following Trades:

• Painting - interior, exterior, all common finishes, faux finishes, waterproofing, urethane decking systems, and acid etch concrete staining.
• Carpentry - framing and all finish work, windows, doors, jambs, base, crown moldings, replacement windows and doors, historical restoration, custom built doors and jambs, and all hardware installation.
• Cabinetry - reface, custom build or install prefab, laminate countertops, and custom built-ins.
• Tile - floor, walls, baths, showers, and countertops.
• Drywall - hanging, finishing, common and custom textures, and all repairs.
• Concrete - bonco seating, outdoor fireplaces, suspend slab countertops, patios, sidewalks, structural footings.
• Masonry - brick, block, glass block, natural stone, cultured stone, and flagstone.
• Stucco - western one coat.
• Construction Manager - well experienced as a Construction Manager (owner's rep.) "One stop shopping."
